Chef Gilles Berard was born in the capital of French gastronomy, Lyon, on 28 June 1970.

He has worked and trained with some of the most famous French chefs of our time, in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants.

A hospitable perfectionist, he meticulously makes everything himself, from the bread to each course including dessert and even the chocolates served after the meal.
