In order to ensure the highest quality, freshest ingredients, Gilles changes the menu on a regular basis:
“le Menu de Midi” is the lunch set-price menu with your choice of two or three dishes (first + main, main + dessert, or first, main & dessert)
And
“le Menu du Soir, Dimanche et Jours Fériés” is the set-price menu for evenings, Sundays and holidays. Depending on your curiosity or appetite, you may choose between 4 or 5 dishes. (first, main fish, main meat, cheese, dessert)
